5.5 Mile Sunday "Long Run"
5.5 Mile Long Run, Sunday Morning , Home

Skipped church (everybody did!) and rocked my miles in the A.M. Bright and sunny. Windy and cold, but that's more tolerable for me when it's sunny!
Tried to keep this one slow and easy. Did so (mostly) and even managed to negative split with more "uphill" and wind on the way back. Hmm. I'll take it.
Another EFI week of HH Novice Supreme. This with "make-up" miles from last week AND a super-crazy week to boot.
This far in, no acute pain to speak of. General tightness, stiffness, etc, but certainly nothing major.
This bodes well for the weeks to come. 18 Week HH Novice "officially" starts the week after next.
